For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your data?

We process personal data which we receive from you in the course of establishing contact, a business initiation or business relationship in order to carry out our services, to execute your orders, as well as all activities necessary for the operation and administration of our technical services. We process the personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu).

Relevant personal data may be in particular

  • Personal data (name and comparable data)

  • Contact details (e-mail address and similar data)

  • Data on the use of telemedia offered by us (e.g. time of access to our web pages, pages clicked on by us or entries and comparable data)

Who else receives your data (recipient)?

If it is necessary for the provision of our services, your data will be passed on to order processors.
Within secuconnect KG, your data is passed on to those entities that need it to fulfil our contractual and statutory obligations.
If we commission service providers, your data is subject to the same security standards there as with us.

How long will my data be stored?

If necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship, which also includes the initiation and execution of a contract.
In addition, we are subject to various storage and documentation obligations arising from the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Fiscal Code (AO), the German Banking Act (KWG) and the Money Laundering Act (GwG), among others. The periods of retention or documentation stipulated there are two to ten years.

What data protection rights do I have?

You have a

  • Right of access to your personal data in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, and under certain conditions

  • a right of rectification in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR if your personal data is incorrect, or

  • a right to deletion in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, if, among other things, there are no statutory storage obligations to prevent deletion, or

  • a right to restrict processing under Art. 18 GDPR or

  • a right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR and

  • the right to data transferability according to Art. 20 GDPR, i.e. the right to receive your data in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transfer it to a third party

Which data is collected when visiting the website?

For technical reasons, the following data, among others, which your Internet browser transmits to us, are recorded (so-called server log files):

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system used

  • Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)

  • Website you visit

  • Date and time of your access

  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided for 7 days and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to be able to optimize our Internet presence and our offers. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests of us as responsible persons).

Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our site to recognize multiple use of our offer by the same user/internet connection owner. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. They serve to optimize our internet presence and our offers. These are mostly so-called "session cookies", which are deleted after the end of your visit.

Use of Web Fonts
