After basic integration, the Checkout Wizard shows an error page.

Possible Reasons:

  1. The Basket format is incorrect. Please check the data you sent.

  2. The Contract ID is invalid. Check if it is correct.

  3. Your contract has no payment conditions, or it has expired. Make sure you have an active contract.

The displayed amount, article prices or shipping fee are much smaller than they should.

Did you consider, that monetary amounts need to be passed in the smallest currency unit (e. g. Euro Cent).
